Make Conversation

Argument: Socializing not only prevents feelings of loneliness, but also it helps sharpen memory and cognitive skills, increases your happiness and well-being, may even help you live longer.
Connection with audience: Not associating with others can be detrimental to your social skills, and I feel can just put you in a bad place mentally. For instance, let’s talk about COVID-19. Months during quarantine, really throughout majority of 2020, I feel that put people, such as myself, in a not-so-good spot. We didn’t know what to do with ourselves We were tired of binge-watching and just being isolated in our homes, let alone the fear of going outside. But luckily, phones are a thing. We could text our friends, Facetime them, so we won’t have to feel so alone. Cabin fever is unhealthy and depressing, but being social in some sort of way helps. Plus. we won’t forget how to speak to anybody. At least that’ll be less likely.

With socializing, you can learn new things from other people. You get to find yourself and explore different things. The broader your friend group, I feel you could develop liking to do more things than just staying at home watching television all day. For instance, your friends could have different cultures, styles, or lifestyles, and you might wanna take on one of them. Activities you could do, hobbies that could be discovered through being social; you can even make a living out of those.
